End User License Agreement
Contexts Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Software is licensed, not sold.
You can only use Contexts Software if you agree to the terms of this license agreement. Any software updates are also offered under the same terms, unless such updates include a separate license in which case the terms of that license will apply.
Evaluation
You may use Contexts Software for evaluation purposes for a period of 21 days. To continue using Contexts Software beyond the evaluation period, you must purchase a license.
Usage
An individual can use a single license on all Macs they primarily use. Licenses can also be shared with up to six family members living in the same household.
A company or other organisation must purchase at least as many licenses as the number of people using Contexts Software.
Licenses cannot be transferred or re-sold. You may not sell, rent, lease or share Contexts or license keys.
No Warranties
Contexts expressly disclaims any warranty for Contexts Software, which is provided 'as is' without any express or implied warranty of any kind, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Contexts be liable for any damages, including loss of data, profit or revenue, or any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages, however caused, due to use of Contexts Software, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
