Names, email addresses and invoice details (but not payment method details like credit card numbers) are shared by FastSpring with us and stored on our servers. We use this information for tracking licenses and for analytics.

We use this information for providing support to you and for diagnosing bugs.
Metrics about usage such as the number of times different features are used, which preference options are set and some device details are collected by the Contexts app. The metrics do not include any private information like which apps you use or what search terms you type etc. We use this information internally to help us understand how people use the app and to make improvements.
The Contexts app periodically connects with our servers to check for updates. Some metrics may be sent by the app to our servers when it connects. This includes details like which app version you are using and your license id.
We do not sell, rent or trade any personal information with third parties.
However, we use a number of services provided by other companies (some of which are mentioned above) for hosting, email, managing support queries, payments, analytics etc. We only share as much information with these companies as is required by them to provide us these services. All companies we work with use industry standard practises for ensuring security and confidentiality of your information.
